Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Velisse. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer — from our 7-Color LED Face Masks to our Gua Sha Facial Massage Kits. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
⏰ Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
🚧 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened skincare products (e.g., Caviar Eye Cream)
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
📤 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💰 Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
✅ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
