All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

2. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Velisse is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
